- Highbury & Islington to Brockley - East London Line: northern section between Highbury & Islington and Brockley
- Charing Cross, Cannon Street & London Bridge - East London Line: central section between New Cross Gate and Forest Hill
- Croydon - East London Line: southern section between Anerley and West Croydon
- South London and Thameslink - South London Line: central section between Clapham High Street and Queens Road Peckham, and East London Line: Crystal Palace branch
