- Lea Valley Lines - Lea Valley Lines from Liverpool Street to Chingford, Cheshunt and Enfield Town
- Highbury & Islington to Brockley - East London Line: northern section between Highbury & Islington and Brockley
- Charing Cross, Cannon Street & London Bridge - East London Line: central section between New Cross Gate and Forest Hill
- Croydon - East London Line: southern section between Anerley and West Croydon
- South London and Thameslink - South London Line: central section between Clapham High Street and Queens Road Peckham, and East London Line: Crystal Palace branch
- Clapham Junction - South London Line: western section between Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Road

TfL Rail / Elizabeth Line
The TfL Rail routes are included as part of other simulations, rather than stand-alone.
- Liverpool Street to Romford - Eastern section between London Liverpool Street and Romford
- Slough IECC - Western section between London Paddington and Heathrow Airport (albeit before TfL Rail existed)
- Slough IECC v2 - Western section between London Paddington, Heathrow Airport and Taplow (after TfL started operation)
- Reading 2020 - Far west area area at Reading
- Elizabeth Line - Central Operating Section between Paddington and Abbey Wood
