Changelog	Prevents a Temporary Speed Restriction being created before operation begins. Fixed an error where trains stopped at red signals on automatic routes didn’t show in the Actions Due list. Corrected colour of trains under signaller control with no power, and removed them from the Actions Due list. Improved estimated time for next action in the train information window. Fixed a bug relating to shortcut keys not working when the main window loses focus, due to the Actions Due Panel being outside the main window. Fixed an error relating to two Temporary Speed Restrictions being stored for the same track element.
