- Track positions checked before missing links check performed.
- Fixes bug with train starting and stopping due to repeated location in timetable when start location before stop position at location.
- Fixes bug where program thinks a train is present but there is none.
- Session file integrity file checks updated to prevent case of train being able to enter position in session file due to opposite route.
