v2.13.2 adds:

• Corrects behaviour of trains stopped at signals on Railway Operation/Tutorial#Automatic Routes.
• Corrects colour of trains under signaller control with no power.
• Corrects errors relating to temporary speed restrictions.
• Corrects an error where shortcut keys stopped working when the Actions Due Panel was outside the main window.
