.rly file

A .rly file is a file format recognised by Railway Operation Simulator and usually represents a finished and validated railway. Unlike .dev files, a railway file is required to operate the route, and to save a railway file, the route must have been validated.

The railostools library's python implementation is able to parse railway files.
