[[Version 2.23|v2.23.1]] fixes:
* Implemented Minimum Dwell Times (MDT). MDTs can optionally be set as an additional parameter at locations in the timetable (eg.
08:45;08:50;Patricroft;180
sets an MDT of 180 seconds). Trains will not leave until the MDT has elapsed. If no MDT is set, a default of 30 seconds is used. Note that timetables using the MDT feature will not load in versions prior to v2.23.0.
+
* In terminating a shuttle early to link to a follow-on service the program gave the message ‘no follow-on service’ when there was in fact such a service.
* Fixed a bug where the train information window failed to give timetable information for trains waiting to enter the railway.
+
* When a green route that immediately followed a blue route was truncated from the front the signal at the end of the blue route stayed green instead of changing to red as it should have done.
* Fixed a bug where the heatmap colours introduced in v2.22.0 were the wrong way round in the 64bit version.

* Changed the default button for focus to play/pause, rather than exit. This ensures if an error is closed with the enter key, and the key is double pressed accidentally, the sim pauses rather than closing.

Welcome to the Railway Operation Simulator Wiki

Railway Operation Simulator (RailOS) is an open source signal box simulation program created for Windows which allows users to both create and operate railway routes and services. You can download the program and community routes here.

Latest Version - v2.23.1

v2.23.1 fixes:

 • In terminating a shuttle early to link to a follow-on service the program gave the message ‘no follow-on service’ when there was in fact such a service.
 • When a green route that immediately followed a blue route was truncated from the front the signal at the end of the blue route stayed green instead of changing to red as it should have done.
